Why Soft Hours exists

A good song still needs a clear release moment.

Independent artists can spend months writing, recording and preparing a song, then lose the release inside busy timelines and scattered group chats. Soft Hours gives the artist a proper home, approved routes to the music and a campaign record that remains useful afterwards.

01

Not more noise. A release journey people can follow.

The artist is introduced properly, listeners know where to go, campaign actions happen within a clear structure and the artist can return to one workspace to understand the result.

From scattered promotion to one clear system

Before

A link is posted everywhere, but the artist cannot tell what people actually did next.

With Soft Hours

One account, reviewed profile, official music routes, campaign activity and a report with clear definitions.

Afterwards

The artist keeps evidence that can shape the next release, conversation or opportunity.

How joining works

From registration to your artist workspace.

You create one secure account. The team reviews the request. Important decisions go to the registered email, and the status page explains what comes next.

Step 01

Create one account

Register with an email address you can open and create the password you will use whenever you return. The sign-in and artist request stay together.

You will not need to create another account after approval.

Step 02

The team reviews the request

Soft Hours checks the artist identity, release information and official links. You can sign in while waiting and see the current review status.

Submitting the same request again is unnecessary.

Step 03

The decision arrives by email

When the request is approved, the registered email receives a clear message asking you to sign in and create the artist profile.

The original email address and password continue to work.

Step 04

Build the artist profile

Add the stage name, biography, genres, location, profile image and official music destinations that listeners should recognise.

Private account details remain separate from the artist identity.

Step 05

Use the artist workspace

Follow official-link activity, task progress, participating members and campaign records from one place. Password recovery stays tied to the registered email.

Every important account change has a clear next step.

Inside the workspace

One artist space that keeps the release together.

Your profile, official music pages, campaign status and verified activity sit in one place. You do not need to chase updates across messages or guess what a number means.

Numbers with clear definitions

Read completed tasks, visits and participating members separately.

A profile that grows with the artist

Update the story, image, genres and official links as the music develops.

How this supports your career

The value is not one big number. It is a series of better decisions.

Soft Hours cannot manufacture a career or promise a hit. It can help an independent artist present a release properly, learn from campaign activity and carry organised evidence into the next song, meeting or opportunity.

Plan the release with intention

Clarify the song, campaign goal, official destinations and listening moment before activity begins.

Why it matters

The release becomes a campaign with a purpose rather than a collection of scattered posts.

Present the artist consistently

Keep the stage name, story, genres, image and official music pages together in one reviewed profile.

Why it matters

Listeners meet the same artist identity and reach the correct music without searching.

See what people actually did

Read task starts, completed tasks, participating members and destination visits as separate measurements.

Why it matters

You can learn from real campaign behaviour without turning one number into a bigger claim.

See where attention travelled

Compare visits to Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, YouTube and other approved destinations.

Why it matters

You can identify platform interest without calling an outbound visit a confirmed stream.

Keep a campaign history

Store the result instead of losing it inside group chats, screenshots and memory after the campaign closes.

Why it matters

Comparing releases becomes easier and repeated strengths become more visible over time.

Enter conversations prepared

Carry organised campaign evidence into conversations with collaborators, managers, media, events or potential partners.

Why it matters

You can explain what happened with confidence without exaggerating what was measured.

Campaigns are available in three clear lengths.

Choose 14 days, 21 days or one month. The full package breakdown remains on the dedicated Pricing page.

Campaign integrity

Hidden measurement language

Artists should see what is measured and how it is described.

Questions before registering

Clear answers about accounts, approval, emails and reporting.

You should understand how the platform works before you hand over your details.

01

What happens after I register?

Your sign-in account is created and the artist request enters admin review. You can sign in while waiting and see the current status.

02

Can I use the full workspace before approval?

No. The account stays in review until the Soft Hours team records a decision. This protects the workspace from duplicate or incomplete artist identities.

03

How will I know that I was approved?

An approval email is sent to the address used during registration. It tells you to sign in with the same account and create the artist profile.

04

What do the campaign records show?

They show task starts, completed tasks, participating members and visits to approved destinations. Each measurement is labelled separately.

05

Does a music-link visit mean a stream?

No. It means the Soft Hours campaign opened an approved music destination. Only the streaming service can decide whether a play qualifies as a stream.

06

How do I change a forgotten password?

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. A secure recovery link is sent to the registered email address.
