This page explains the information Soft Hours for Artists needs, what it is used for and how account deletion works.
Why we use it
We use the information to review artist access, protect sign-in accounts, create artist profiles, operate campaigns, provide support, send account emails and prepare clear reporting.
Your password
Passwords are handled by the secure authentication provider. Soft Hours administrators cannot read your password and will never ask you to send it by message or email.
Emails
Account approvals, password-reset links, security notices and important campaign updates go to the registered email address. Optional updates can be controlled separately when those preferences are available.
Profile deletion
An authorised administrator can permanently delete an artist profile and its sign-in account. Some records may be anonymised where a lawful operational or compliance record must be retained.
